Career Vision programme aired on Pakistan Television (PTV) on May 10, 2010 for young people who wish to start their career in airline industry. The programme includes opinions, views and information shared by officials, cockpit crew, cabin crew and ground instructor of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).

The Boeing 777 aircraft is parked on ground and pilots in aircraft cockpit are simply providing info to viewers about flying.
Most probably off-duty pilots were due to travel on that Boeing 777 flight or arrived on it and apparently they were chosen to be interviewed in that aircraft's cockpit by programme's director/producer.

Give it a hard look Abbas,When Capt' Shayan talks in the video...You can see the yolk moving left and that proves that they were flying at the time of interview...

^ Yoke/control column can also be moved when an aircraft is on the ground. Landing gear lever in down position is also clearly visible in the video.

Behind Capt. Naqvi there is model of either B-777 or B-787 with a different livery.

Oops!! You are right Abbas,i didn't notice the Aroosh's part carefully.Landing gear level is down for sure which proves me wrong.Sharp observation btw
