Really an amazing find! Thank you for sharing.

Probably AP-AZW was operating charter flight to New Guinea?

Another point to note is that AP-AZW painted in green & gold livery is sporting early 1970s livery ALL-CAPS 'PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL' titles on fuselage. The green & gold livery had 'Pakistan International' fuselage titles.

AP-AZW was a former Northwest Orient Boeing 707-351B and it was purchased by PIA in early part of 1977. Green & gold livery was introduced by PIA in 1976. Probably AP-AZW was painted outside Pakistan and it seems painters made mistake in applying correct 'Pakistan International' titles for green & gold livery on this PIA Boeing 707 ? Or there could be some other reason for combination of early 1970s livery 'PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL' titles with green & gold livery on this PIA Boeing 707 :-k

The video of AP-AZW for 'The Slave of the Cannibal God' movie in link posted here must have been made in 1977 or 1978 because according to info on the web the movie 'The Slave of the Cannibal God' was released in 1978.

In 1980s photos AP-AZW is seen in green & gold livery with correctly applied 'Pakistan International' fuselage tites.

How do we know for sure those scenes were taken in Guinea?? They could have shot those sequences anywhere. It doesn't necessarily have to be 'on location'. I saw about an hour of those movie and while it looks very interesting, its bloody gruesome and certainly puts one off from ever wanting to go trekking in a jungle. It would be interesting to see if credit or thanks was given to PIA at the end of the movie.

Correction!
The indoor scenes were filmed in a studio in Rome. The movie was filmed in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and New Guinea. There is no credit given to PIA.
