PIA Artificial Intelligence Aircraft in FSX

I have recently started flying in FSX and am having a number of problems which I was hoping you guys could help me out with.
Basically I have downloaded a number of AI aircraft from World of AI however it seems that the PIA AI package (amongst Etihad etc) is unavailable on the AVSIM website.

Now I find myself at KHI and LHE with my airplane and a single other AirBlue plane and the odd Emirates aircraft.

Does anyone know where I can obtain PIA AI aircraft of decent quality and how it would be installed? It would help if these aircraft actually showed up in Pakistani Airports as World of AI shows PIA as not operated to any major Pakistani airports aswell as Manchester etc.

Also I am trouble with FSX being a little jumpy... I am running it on a laptop with the following specs: Intel Pentium T4200 Processor, 250GB HDD and 4GB Memory... is this sufficient?

PS.. Do you know where I can find Texture repaints for B737-800 and B747-400, repaints for the original default in FSX.
