Man you do need some help with FS, but you have come to right place. So come on everyone, give this budding Pilot some good help and advice!
Firstly, you dont need a Joystick but it does make control alot easier. I would recommend a Joystick with the various Buttons which you can program for Undercarrage, Flaps etc.
As for the Aircraft, it depends on choice. Go along to www.flightsim.com or Avsim and register. These are two of the main sites for free Aircraft and scenery add ons but offer a large selection of Aircraft for PIA and all the other well known airlines.
www.flightsim.com also has a number of articles which are good help guides and cover many subjects from adding Aircraft and scenery to navigation etc.
There are a vast number of Payware add ons, but it depends on what you wish to fly. At the momment I would advise to not be tempted to buy any of the various Professional add ons as these realy are the next thing to the real Aircraft which require alot of studying to master.
Hopefully this will help but please remember that this is a simulation and the learning is all part of the enjoyment.
Right, so come on guys more help and postings needed to get a young Pilot off the ground.

Yes Brother you need joystick. You can view the pictures of our flights in this forum. It will help you alot to understand. You can download the freeware scenery from http://www.flightsim.com or http://www.avsim.com. You can join Virtual Pakistan International Airlines if you know how to handle the aircraft properly http://www.vpia.org.

You can download the scenery from http://www.flightsim.com. Once you are done with downloading copy the scenery folder to Microsoft Games\Addon Scenery. Start flight simulator go in settings, there is an option scenery library. Add that folder into it by browsing. To make a video you need the software fraps. To take pictures while playing, there is a key on your keyboard "Print Screen". Press that button and the screen will automatically get snapped. Start Paint or photoshop and just paste there the picture will be there.

Copy the aircraft to the aircraft folder in and copy rest of the files where required. Like gauges into the gauges effects into the effects.

=D> Its good to see that you are making progress with FS. Regarding membership with VPIA, the questions to gain entrance are incomplete as the person responsible is not available to complete them yet. However, I will check VPIAs Pilot membership to find your prev Pilot ID etc.
