I have no hope for PIA rebranding, they are stuck in the we can do it in house mentaluty since 2004.
But think this would made an excellent scheme, its simple, modern and makes good use of colour without going overboard, almost eurowhite yet not.

Agreed. The current livery isn't as bad as it is depicted. I like seeing the Pakistan flag among other flags at foreign airports. Emirates, BA, AA, etc. all have their flag painted on their tails.
PIA, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar, Lufthansa, BA, Turkish, American, AirBerlin, Thai, Air France, Delta, Korean, Qantas, and many more.

Hopefully this 8 aircraft order can be a mix of 4 787-8 and 4 787-9, the -8 can replace the A310 and the -9 supplement the 777's.

I myself feel pride whenever I see Pakistani flag.
BTW, having 4 -8 and 4 -9 is a good option. Should be considered.

Really happy for PIA after reading about this deal Almost new A330s and now brand new B787s, best wishes for PIA and hope it will become a pride for our country ones again.
