First non-stop KHI-ISB-MAN flight arrived about 2 hours late @ YYZ. Before departure, a cake-cutting ceremony was held with officials from PIA and Pakistan Consulate (I believe) to celebrate the first ever non-stop flight to North American by PIA.

Info. provided by my aunt who travelled YYZ-ISB on the inaugural flight.

True but there's probably more demand form DXB (maybe ?). Also maybe PK fares are maybe slightly cheaper (maybe?) so some passengers may want a cheaper option comapred to EK.

The only good thing about the advert is that it shows a PIA aircraft in flight, makes a change from the usual ground only shots.
