Virtual Pakistan International Airlines Freight ATRs

Virtual Pakistan International Airlines (VPIA) are pleased to announce
the delivery date of two new ATR 42 500s.
These two Aircraft are constructed as Freight only with a total payload capacity of 6 tons each.
The twins will join VPIAs Speedex operations from early July and will be utilised on new routes from Pakistan into the Middle East.
There is high demand for these Aircraft which are desperately needed particularly as this is the Mango season and our new Speedex seasonal flights are aimed at moving the maximum amount of Mango traffic.
The two Aircraft have come to be known as "The Speedex Twins"
and with that in mind there is a very good chance that they will be named at a later date.
The twins will carry the following Registrations: AP BHQ and AP BHK.
They will arrive at Karachi on 30th June between 08.00 and 09.00

^ Interesting.

In real world registration AP-BHQ is issued to Government of Punjab Beech Beechjet 400A.

Maybe you guys should assign AP-V** series to imaginary virtual aircraft like this PIA SpeedEx ATR. I mean registrations like AP-VAA, AP-VAB, AP-VAC and so on.

I'm suggesting AP-V** series because word 'Virtual' starts with 'V' and also I don't think any Pakistani registered aircraft has registration from 'AP-V**' series in real world. It's just a small suggestion from my side.

It would be taken care of. More screen shot of this Virtual Aircraft (I wish real PIA also start Speedex by converting their 742/3 or 310s)....

Btw, in real world I would like to see PIA convert two of its Airbus A310-300s into cargo aircraft to re-launch PIA Cargo. When compared to B747 freighter I believe twin-engine A310-300 freighter is fuel efficient and more economical, also easy to fill to full cargo capacity for an airline like PIA with not very big air-cargo items/shipments.

Also, since career of PIA B747s as passenger aircraft is getting closer to end, it wouldn't be economical to spend money on converting 1/2 B747s into freighter plus spending money in future on keeping their cockpit crew and maintenance team trained and arranging spare parts/engine maintenance for 747 freighter would further increase expenses.

For A310 freighters, pilots of passenger A310s will be available all the time so airline will not have to spend extra on crew training. Also in the presence of passenger A310s the maintenance cost will be low on A310 freighters due to presence of same engineering personnel and spare parts for both types of A310s.
