Pakistan-UK-USA

Why not route 777's from Pakistan to USA via Glasgow & Birmingham. This would alow the UK regonal airports stil to have a non-stop service to Pakistan.

Once weekly Islamabad-Lahore-Glasgow-Chicago
Once weekly Islamabad-Lahore-Glasgow-Toronto
Once weekly Chicago-Glasgow-Lahore-Islamabad
Once weekly Toronto-Glasgow-Lahore-Islamabad

Once weekly Islamabad-Lahore-Birmingham-Chicago
Twice weekly Lahore-Birmingham-Toronto
Once weekly Chicago-Birmingham-Lahore-Islamabad
Twice weekly Toronto-Birmingham-Lahore

This would free up 777's to serve Manchester And London(LHR) Non-stop to Pakistan.

according to your schedule there are no flights to and from karachi..that cannot happen.

2x weekly Toronto-Birmingham-Lahore-Karachi

That would work! Then that would solve the problem of Toronto losing its Karachi Service.
