PIA Inflight models

Post by samee380 »

i emailed Inflight about making some PIA models and this is what they said:

i also included photos of PIA provinces flag livery aircraft pics with the email

Dear Samee,

Very many thanks for your email and your kind words about our product.

We have tried many times to contact PIA with reference to a licence so that
we are able to produce PIA models, unfortunately we have yet to receive a
reply from them. If you have any information with reference to a name or
email address I would be very grateful if you could pass this on to me so
that I can make contact with them.

You included a very good list of models and with some of the new tooling
which we have planned for 2007 I would like to think that we could include
some of your suggestion.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Very kind regards

Robert Cass
Sales Director

i wanted to know does anyone know a telephone number/email address where PIA will reply to? i did include the ones on the PIA website.

also whats the name of the gentleman in PIA who issues licences? i think it could be Hassan Jaffery?

hope they do make some PIA models.

maybe people should start contacting Inflight with some suggestions PK777? Moin? the email address is inflight200@hotmail.com

Thanks PIAC. Inflight make scale 1/200 much more bigger and detail than the scale 1/400. although i prefer scale 1/400. but any PIA model does me.

they website is http://www.inflight200-models.com/index.htm have a look :P

Inflight models are very expensive, though they are worth every penny. However, I probably will not pay as mush for a single model as I collect 1:400 scale mainly.

recieved an email from inflight and they said it would be more realistic to produce PIA models in scale 1/500. which will be much more cheaper than scale 1/200.

they just need to get a reply from PIA thats all.

they have contact PIA again now just will have to wait and see. it will probably be in 2007 when we may see some produced by inflight. as they will be producing new moulds like the B747-300 737-300... and so they need project/airline ideas for these moulds.
