New arrivals in my model collection

Me? A pilot? I wish! No I'm not actually. Just a manic, obsessive and compulsive when it comes to a/c and classic cars.

I do tend to go overboard when I collect stuff. I start with one, then another, then another.......... it goes on.

I buy most of my stuff on e-bay, thats where I get the best prices. A few I've bought from vendors listed on the 400scalehangar website such as Air Paradigm, Jet Collector etc, but mostly e-bay.

Packing them all into 3 suitcases for my return trip to KHI this coming Thursday is going to be enough of a headache. They're not so heavy, but the boxes make them bulky, so I'm going to see how many i can manage to take with me.

Actually, what I'm more concerned about is the fact that my QR flight lands at Khi at 4.30am and while speaking to my friend in Khi earlier today, he told me that lots of people who arrive at that time are being robbed on their way home from the airport. They get followed and the minute the car slows down at some intersection or traffic light, especially if they're in a cab, some thugs, most of them in police uniform, come and knock on the window and rob the pax of everything. Hence I'll have to call on someone to come and pick me up so that I can drive the car. Even though by the grace of God, its never happened to me, why take the risk?

moin, i totally agree with you. you have to be careful when in pakistan and they are quite a few nasty people there. CORRUPT!!!!

Don't I know it. If Saudi law prevailed there, at least as far as theft and corruption are concerned, every second person on the street would be having either one or both of their hands missing! The rest would all have been beheaded.

When I get it I'll let you know. Just bought it on e-bay yesterday. From the pics it looks to be 'ok' but what really concerns me is the accuracy of the mould. If the mould is good, the model is good.
