Wow Moin, ive gotta see your heavy bill !!

I hope you take sometime to set up the GJ Airport mat, hopefully GJ has some extra stuff in planning too for that mat. Sadly i dont have enough room to set it up so im designing my own to have about 7-10 aircrafts on. 8)

Looks like I'll need a hangar for all these and more. I forgot to add 4 more:

GJ Syrian 747SP
GJ Icelandair 757-300
PX TAP A332
SV Ghana DC-10

I'll take the pics as soon as I get myself and my 'fleet' sorted out.

I only bought just two more:

DW Orient Thai 747-300
B.Bird British Airways 747-200

I'm already quite concerned as I'll be having close to 40 models in my baggage on my way back but as I'm allowed 55kg, I don't think it should pose too much of a problem.

Where do you get this STUFF? I know its a dumb question but man is that a collection. Start a club! I am envious. I collect car models but my fleet count is nothing in comparison to yours! Its lovely to see you have such a hobby. :D

Pictures, mate?

Yep, would like to see them aligned in a fleet on your dinning table.

Also tell us what you do with them? Do you keep them in original packing or on open display? Behind glass? How do you keep them clean from the polluted Karachi air?

Ha ha, how do I keep them clean? The million $ question. Well firstly I keep nearly most of them in their original boxes and occasionally take about 6 and openly display them on my bedboard. Then I dust them occasionally with a light feather duster and when I'm sick of looking at them, I repack them and replace them with another 6.

I only just bought the GJ Airport mat set and ground equipment so when I get back to KHI I'll have everything set up. I'm going to have 2 themes which I'll switch from time to time. The first will be the late 70's to early 80's which will feature a/c such as 707C, 727-100/200, 737-200, 747-100/200/300/SP/Freighters, DC-10, L-1011-200/500 etc. The second theme will be present day which will have 737-700/800, 747-200/300/400/SP and 200/300/400F's, 757, 767-300/400, 777-200/300/300ER, A300-600, A310, A320/321, A330-200/300, A340-300/500/600, MD-11 and MD-11F etc.

I collect car models too but only classic car models. That is quite a sizeable collection as well.

Dude, start a blog about ur bedboard! :P Seriously, it will be really entertaining for the rest of the 'world'! With Pictures ofcourse. 8) I have to agree, the best take is keeping them in their original box. Feather duster, I need one!

fantastic collection moin. just one question where do you buy all these models except the PIA 742BM from me :D ? would like to know. do you get any discounts because you are a pilot.

Are you a PIA pilot? if so why not ask the men inside PIA to start issueing licences to the likes of GJ and PX... to make PIA Models? just a thought. its upto you. :)

overall fantastic collection. :D

im 17 years old and i have about 25 models
