Excellent, that was a beautiful update. Especially of the 1960s uniform designed by Pierre Cardin and the first class brochure which was quality. Those were the golden days of PIA. If only that kind of eliteness was present in PIA today. Anyway nice update Abbas.

Salam everyone
thaks a lot abbas for these wonderful pics. the the uniform section was just beautiful to watch and the rest of the pics were good as well. by looking at the first class folder now i can properly visualize that PIA was well and truly one of the best airlines of the world. and if u have anything like that plz post them as well it was truly nostalgic so see that. and my GOD the air hostesses of that time were simply stunning !!!! and by what i have heard they were well and truly professionals of the higest order in what they did.
it is over the years that PIA got screwed and sadly the professionalism also faded away. but i hope that PIA rises again. (fingers crossed).
and lastly my thanks to everyone who made this update possible
Cheers Abbas

Honestly this was probably the best single update so far. Refreshed some really nice memories of the good old days. Wish I could go back to the past, realistically lets hope PIA can rise up to what it had been in the past and better it.
On a side note if I have it right it must be Capt Rahat Hussain who refused to move on to any other aircraft. He actually retired on the F-27, used to say he was in love with it, a true aviation enthusiast and thus by far the best and the most experienced F-27 captain ever. Further more, if I have this right, it was his son Capt Sarwat Hussain in charge of the A-300 that was bringing back Musharraf the night of the coup and all that "the plane was refused the permission to land" saga.
