PK 781 delayed 6 hours

I remember reading a post a few days back that the YYZ flights will be back on schedule by this friday.... well GTAA website is reporting a 6 hour delay (1300 - 1900) for the arrival of PK 781 KHI-ISB-YYZ.

Are they making the tech. stop at MAN again?

PK781 was delayed by 3 hrs from KHI and also made a tech. stop at MAN.

Is PIA ever going to modify its schedules for these flights?

Right now Sabre is still showing PK783 as a nonstop flight:
