Does anyone know what the load factor of the flight was? 1 week frequency is really terrible, PIA needs lesser capacity long haul aircraft since they are stuck with 300 seater B772s.

Why is PIA still keeping 35 22 year old club class seats and selling them at 15% extra when they can put 63 economy class seats and almost increase revenue by 80%.

Maybe twice a week from Lahore and twice a week from Karachi or in total six flights a week would get the transit passengers on board.

Specially if good connections can be offered to UK cities.

In which world is PIA selling club for 15% more? One way from Pak to CDG in July is 129k Economy, 247k Club. That is 91% extra, not 15%. Return fare is 86% extra between Club and Economy.

Atleast research before so confidently declaring the economics as unviable. It is not even REMOTELY close to what you are suggesting.

I just checked one way tickets for the 25th of June and they're just PKR 144,530

The return fare including taxes is around 320,000 rupees for economy. 455,000 for Premium economy.

Price will keep on rising as the flights get fully booked, and August is holiday season in Europe so all carriers double their fares for this month.

Perhaps, they want to keep fares high. That's why 1x LHE and 2x ISB to/from Paris
