Most likely, the intersection takeoff caused this. Why would you do such a takeoff with a plane full of fuel, baggage this way?

Indian media blamed Pakistan for the airspace closure, claiming that the aircraft was operating at full weight at the time of the incident.

Now its time see wheather Pakistan will remain stand on its NOTAM or restore airspace before deadline.

When you do not taxi to the end of runway to start your takeoff. Instead you enter the runway from one of the intersections to line up and start rolling .

Although this is just based on what one sees on FR24, maybe ADS-B data is not showing their whole taxi.

I don't think the short take off roll (FR24 only shows this, doesn't mean that's what they did) would cause this, seeing as they managed to get airborne to over 600ft in the 1st place. More likely is pilot error in the air, seeing as it looks like the flaps may have been retracted instead of the landing gear.

• most probably no positive climb callout, hence the landing gears were not retracted

• pitch seems high

• more drag due to landing gears down

• stall
