This is the arrival/Check in hall at TLV airport
Being a Muslim, you have to go through a prolonged interview before check in - which lasts for over 2 hours. You are then escorted from Check-in, detailed and multiple security checks and you have to check in even your shoulder bag including your wallet. So here we are, right at the boarding gate with a welcome drink.
Despite the facts that many European and American carriers were currently not flying into TLV, the airport was still quite busy

Tarmac view at TLV - Is it true at all EL AL aircrafts have anti missile guns under their bellies? Here I do see something similar.
Taking off from Ben Gurion Airport
Your choice of dish for luch was asked before take off and warm roasted nuts were served soon after take off alongwith your choice of drink.
My choice of main meal was chicken breast filled with spinach and chees - served with roasted veggies and dessert
