What's wrong with the headquarters in Karachi? Is building a 25 storey headquarters in Islamabad really a need of the hour? PAA is technically an independent subdivision with in CAA overseeing just the airports in Pakistan, and the 3 biggest airports are expected to be outsourced than why does PAA need such a glamorous headquarters? Unnecessary spending and a waste of resources.
My thoughts exactly. Fine if they want to move to Islamabad for the sake of being in the capital, however I cannot fathom why on earth a 25 story building is needed...?

Our Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore will be outsourced, but PAA is operating other airports too like Multan, Quetta, Peshawar and Faisalabad. They will be operating more airports. Another reason to build a 25 story building.

Not really? I really do think we have bigger issues in our country than building a 25 story building for the aviation authority !
PAA is a Government Entity, it should be headquartered in the Capital.

Same with PIA.
This still doesn't justify why they need to spend big looking at the current state of our economy. And this logic is wrong that every federal institution needs to have it's head office in Islamabad just because it's the capital. Railways is headquartered in Lahore & CAA and PIA in Karachi. It's the work that the institution does which matters not where they are headquartered. PAA is certainly not as big of an institution as CAA hence it doesn't need to spend big on it's headquarters, CAA literally has it's headquarters inside the old terminal at KHI, why can't PAA do the same.
But again, the people running this country couldn't care less and will spend big on unnecessary things.
Why do they need a skyscraper in the central business district of the capital? Normally airport and aviation authority headquarters are located within the airport complex!
And wow that building and the PAA logo is ugly

I like the PAA Logo and the Building looks nice.
I agree, it should be within the Area of the Airport. Not unless PAA is going to be some Private Entity.

absolutely. I think they'll rent out. most of the offices like Pia does in Lahore. honestly this is nothing more than a real estate project coming at a time where our aviation industry needs immediate renovations of airports like KHI and LHE given the steady growth of air travel demand.
