Is there enough demand for routes like Lahore-Birmingham or Karachi-Manchester?

Why not London first?
Itโ€™s because Manchester and Birmingham have more demand than London Heathrow Airport. Pakistan International Airlines was mainly focusing on reviving and bringing back the Manchester flight operations because the London Heathrow Airport PIA slots are on lease to Turkish Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, and Saudia until July 2025 (around summer time.)
