Travel demand between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan

Post by Eyesonpia »

How much travel demand is there between pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Everytime I see a new airplane come into the fleet it always goes to Saudi Arabia. E.g AP-BGY. Flyadeal is operating daily now I am pretty sure after 2 flights weekly. Saudia flys a lot of its planes to Pakistani airports. Sukkur is getting direct flights to Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabian and Pakistani airlines are quick to notice and fly their planes to Saudi Arabia and pakistan. Peshawar and Riyadh are getting flights too. When Riyadh air starts flying soon they are going to fly their planes to pakistan and have seeked permission to fly their planes there in 2023. So how much more travel demand is there? And are the seats on the flights full?

People visit Saudia for Holy pilgrimage Omrah throughout the year and during Hajj, mostly the people are from rural areas who fly PIA, and PIA uses 777s from major airports of Pak, 320s from rest of the airports, the flights are usually full, majority of people choose to fly direct, some choose to fly via ME carriers with a stopover

one of my recent video dated Oct 2022 when i travel to Jeddah for Omrah on PIA's 777 BHX

Saudi Arabia has the largest population of overseas Pakistanis so flights between the two countries get good load of passengers.

Number of passengers traveling to Saudi Arabia for Umrah also increases in Ramadan.
