I hope Air Blue is planning induct some wide body aircraft for the UK flights and not use its A320s and A321 via Turkey.

I hope this time it can sustain its operation to the UK for a longer time and not exit just after one year or two years. UK flights did not prove to be very successful for airblue if we look at the shorter continuous and consistent operations.

Airblue are currently banned in the UK according to the UK government website, https://www.gov.uk/guidance/uk-air-safety-list#pakistan

London Luton is an interesting choice if Airblue is actually planning to start flights for there. Non-stop flights will be the key to success for Airblue if they want to make UK flights worthwhile. With Virgin pulling out and British Airways restricting itself to just 3x weekly flights between LGW-ISB, there's plenty of room for nonstop flights between Pakistan and the UK and airblue can provide some competition to PIA on the Islamabad-Manchester route as well.

I flew with Airblue on 2 occasions and Personally if they are going to be using the A320’s again I won’t be flying. However if they upgrade to the widebody jets I definitely would consider it. On one occasion we were delayed at Turkey for over 8 hours and it wasn’t a pleasant experience especially in summer

London Luton is an interesting choice and seemed to be aimed at passengers from north of London to Midlands.it can work but Lets wait n see how it pans out. Obviously initially it'll be 320/321 but fingers crossed they'll induct few widebodies for direct flights in near future.
Secondly authenticity can't be verified but There's a message doing rounds on WhatsApp which says Airblue are planning to start the operationd around Eid ul fitr.

With Airbus and Boeing facing major delays in deliveries, airlines are retaining older aircraft for longer than planned.

but if Air blue can even get two A330-300s for Islamabad-Manchester and Islamabad-London and Lahore-London the airline could probably do well.
