Most airlines are now using Afghan airspace after avoiding it for a longtime.

Does it mean they are paying the Afghan Government for using the airspace?

may be low altitude restrictions? all these airlines crossing at cruising altitude (30 & above) whereas for the flights from/in Pakistan require to cross at low altitudes during approach or takeoff.

I think PIA should start avoiding Russian airspace considering not just recent events but even previous events taken together. Not really safe anymore.

Pia (ap-bhx) has started to fly over Afghan airspace which should lead to passengers heading to Europe having a decrease of few minutes.

Toronto flights to/from LHE & ISB use Wakhan Coridor. Pakistan CAA provides navigation coverage for the Wakhan Coridor ever since the US withdrawal. KHI flights use southern route avoiding Afghanistan altogether.
