Customs at Lahore Airport Prevent PIA Flight Attendant from Smuggling iPhones

Pakistan Customs at Lahore Airport prevented a PIA flight attendant from smuggling 30 iPhones worth PKR 11.2 million into Pakistan. The flight attendant had arrived at Lahore Airport as crew member of PIA flight PK204 from Dubai.

The iPhones confiscated by customs were concealed by the flight attendant in her uniform and trolley bag. PIA has suspended the flight attendant and initiated disciplinary proceedings against her.

Probably, PIA Airbus A320 aircraft registration AP-BMY flight PK204 that arrived in Lahore at 9:12 PM on October 3.

I believe that there's a mafia with in PIA which is encouraging the flight attendants to do these things. Forget other international airlines, we don't even hear these things happening in private airlines like Airblue or Serene very often. Raises a huge question mark on PIA's merit system and the training given to these flight attendants / crew members.
