According to a PIA spokesperson, the decision was taken due to a lack of travelers for onward journeys from Turkiye. "We have not been receiving inventory from Turkiye; therefore, the flights were stopped until October 13."

Of course, why would someone choose PIA when they already have an option to choose TK. PIA should switch from IST to SAW and codeshare with Pegasus which doesn't fly to LHE and ISB.
Turkish is flying 2x four days a week from ISB and LHE. Perhaps, PIA has rented her IST flight rights to Turkish as well because PK is code sharing on all 11 Turkish flights both from LHE and ISB. For KHI, it remains 1x daily.
