Karachi-bound Fly Jinnah (FJ) Airbus A320 Flight 9P841 Returns to Lahore Due to Bird Hit

On September 3, Fly Jinnah (FJ) Airbus A320 (aircraft registration AP-BOQ) as flight 9P841 to Karachi departed from Lahore Airport Runway 36R at 8:00 AM and landed safely on Lahore Airport Runway 36R at 8:18 AM i.e. 18 minutes after takeoff. The aircraft attained maximum altitude of 5,975 feet.

The aircraft returned to Lahore after suffering bird hit, according to news reports. The bird hit damaged an engine of the aircraft.

On September 4, the aircraft returned to the skies when it left Lahore at 4:32 AM as flight 9P9981 to Karachi. The aircraft remained on the ground at Lahore Airport for 20 hours 14 minutes.
