AirSial Signs Agreement to Acquire Two Airbus A320 Aircraft on Lease from BOC Aviation

Post by Abbas Ali »

Two more dry leased Airbus A320 aircraft will join Air Sial fleet by early part of year 2025 under an agreement signed in Dubai between Air Sial and aircraft leasing company BOC Aviation.

The number of aircraft in Air Sial fleet will increase to seven with the induction of these two aircraft. Presently, five Airbus A320 aircraft form Air Sial fleet.

Air Sial fleet expansion will enable the airline to expand and strengthen its domestic and international route network.

Why Islamabad why not Karachi???

Air Sial should have leased two A321neos, and started flying twice daily to Istanbul from Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, and Multan connecting to Europe, UK and USA on Turkish or any other Turkish airline.

Offer 16 in club class and 170 in economy to Istanbul would be a win win situation.

SriLankan Airlines links Colombo with Lahore 4 weekly and Karachi 3 weekly flights.

Lahore-Colombo four weekly flights with Airbus A330-300 and Airbus A320neo.

Karachi-Colombo three weekly flights with Airbus A320neo.

Maybe that's why AirSial exploring vacant Islamabad-Colombo route. Passengers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir traveling to Colombo and beyond to destinations in the Far East, Maldives and Australia can benefit from this flight.

Sri Lankan flies Pakistani passengers to Australia and probably Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila, or maybe South Africa.

How will Air Sial cover flights beyond Colombo.

I guess 2 more are coming which will bring the total number of aircrafts to 9.

Correct me if I am wrong:

2 leased from BOC Aviation
2 leased from AerCap

are yet to join.
