A couple of years ago I suggested that PIA should scrap its 35 seat club class seats on the 777 fleet and replace them with around 63-72 economy seats.
PIA charges around 15% extra for the "PREMIUM ECONOMY" seats on the 777 flights. If its all economy the income can increase by 75%.
This suggestion was picked up and Saad Rafique mentioned in one of his statements that two 777s will be converted to all economy and brought back to service.
As usual anything that is good for the airline never happens.
