Every country visiting Pakistan for security arrangements, have we ever considered to visit other countries to check the security arrangements from where the flights to Pakistan are originating?

So this appears nothing to do with interest in outsourcing of Pakistani airports, as reported by the press. Unless that is a different visit.

Sounds like a routine inspection / audit.

Never trust Pakistani mainstream media when it comes to aviation matters.
