Some of these aircraft have completed more than a decade or nearly a decade of storage at Karachi Airport.

That Boeing 737 is apparently Eastern Skyjets Boeing 737-300 with UAE registration A6-ESS.

Why are they not disposed of? Is the metal in the form of iron/steel/titanium or whatever is in these planes not sellable?

I guess, the same old attitude of, I don't give a damn or who is going to go through the headache of paperwork.

I think Shaheen was destroyed not by owners but by hidden players in the market..the moment Shaheen died, the same time Serene Air emerged..The Serene Air even have the same A330 which was once with Shaheen..There is no mention who owns Serene Air..nothing written on Serene website about its owners..but one can guess who might be running Serene Air behind the curtain

why are these aircraft not being broken up and sold as scrap??

These will probably just attract birds and other wildlife to the area.

I guess now the two scrapped 777s and few A320s can be parked there.

Those 2 737's are painted in PIA Training Centre (PTC) livery.
