PIA Airbus A320 Karachi to Islamabad Flight PK308 Aborts Takeoff Due to Hydraulics Problem

According to PIA spokesperson, on March 31 PIA Airbus A320 aircraft registration AP-BLS flight PK308 to Islamabad aborted takeoff from Karachi Airport runway due to some issue with aircraft's hydraulics system.

Apparently the A320 stopped takeoff roll from Karachi Airport Runway 25L at low speed of 15 knots at 4:29 PM. PIA flight PK308 to Islamabad was scheduled to depart from Karachi at 4:00 PM.

PIA Engineering team at Karachi Airport is working to remove technical problem in the aircraft.

I agree. This seems to be the third major incident involving this aircraft.

Might be a good idea to send it in for major checks.

On April 1, PIA Airbus A320 aircraft registration AP-BLS returned to service when it left Karachi at 7:10 AM as flight PK300 to Islamabad.
