March 24, PIA Boeing 777-200LR Worldliner aircraft registration AP-BGY Lahore to Toronto flight PK797 landed at Bodo Airport in Norway at 9:49 PM (local time) i.e. after 8 hours & 25 takeoff from Lahore. The aircraft was flying at an altitude of 34,000 feet when it initiated diversion to Bodo Airport.

Reports claim the flight diverted to Bodo Airport due to some medical emergency aboard the aircraft.

The flight had departed from Lahore at 5:24 PM (local time) with a delay of more than 10 hours. It was scheduled to leave Lahore at 7:15 AM, according to information on Lahore Airport website.
