How did she clear Exit passport control in Pakistan in first place? To me, this could be an intentional effort to keep/extend EU/UK/US bans on Pakistani airliners. What will be impact on the CAA Pakistan audit by ICAO and others. Passport control was part of the audit.
Continued ban can be used to justify A380 flight rights.

And how exactly do you propose will the A380 be serviced with the current setup? Manual stairs?
You would need to initiate boarding at least 3 hours prior to departure if manual stairs or a single bridge is used.
As per procedure, on duty crew exiting Pakistan does not require an immigration check. A general deceleration document is prepared and submitted to the FIA which has the crew details mentioned.
As far as I know, the purser is supposed to reconfirm if his/her cabin crew has the complete documentation required for the flight. It is a part of the crew briefing which is done at least an hour prior to the flight.
