With missing safety cards ( even though not many read it)snd life vest, It seems safety is not a priority on FJ.

Who oversees/ inspects this?

I've had worse experiences on foreign airlines. If the life vest and safety cards are missing on a couple of seats, then it is probably a human error which can be rectified. If the whole aircraft has them missing, questions need to be asked.

He said at least the card was missing on every seat. Not clear about the life vest.
