Hardly a tough guess since ALL the private airlines are on and chasing the same routes; UAE & Saudi Arabia. They cannot seem to see beyond this.

They have 5 airbus a320s mostly flying KHI-LHE and KHI-ISB. They couldn't even bother to fly to sialkot. Wonder why they call themselves Airsial. There are no flights between KHI-SKT. They should skip middle east and start flight to Turkey/ Egypt/ Lebanon and codeshare for EU and UK. They have a relatively better on board product compared to other Pakistani carriers. Them entering the middle east market won't create any difference as not only other Pakistani carriers, but also ME carriers are in the competition. ME is already a well served market. They should also consider flying to Malaysia, a320 can easily fly as far as KUL. From there, they can codeshare for Australia and the whole east asian region.

I think AirSial will operate flights to link Sialkot with Jeddah and later with Dubai also.

Other privately-owned airlines apparently also not interested in operating domestic flights to/from Sialkot.

PIA probably operates Karachi-Sialkot flight to position aircraft for airline's international flights from Sialkot.

Can i get a clarification here?^

I don't think PIA is operating commercial flights between SKT and KHI as of now. They used to in the past....

Anyways, KHI-SKT should be considered regardless. It's the only major city as of now not connected to KHI. MUX, LYP, PEW, UET etc.. all have commercial flights to karachi. KDU-KHI also dropped probably because it's a seasonal route.
