It's turning out be as interesting as the AP-BGL case. I have heard somewhere that Serene isn't paying lease for grounded aircraft. Plus they don't have anywhere to fly these aircrafts to.

Also AP-BNC is inactive since a very long time, something is going wrong at Serene Air.

Why doesn’t serene air fully utilise their a330s instead of just flying to the gulf states
They can use them for Istanbul,Kuala Lumpur and even Europe.
Is their any reason for this as their is no need for a330s if you are just flying to gulf states

No Pakistani airline can fly to EU because of the Ban. I don't see them going beyond middle east for now. IST is a good option but considering TK and PK are already offering 27 weekly flights, not sure if serene would want to compete, also add pegasus's flights from KHI to SAW. For EU and UK connections, the private carriers have several airlines they can codeshare with. As for KUL, it's a good option as well. From KUL, airlines can codeshare with Air asia, Malaysian airlines etc.. Serene isn't making much out of their a330s, same for Airblue with their NEOs. Not sure what these private carriers have in their minds. Nobody thinks beyond middle east, which already is a very competitive market.

What is the issue with AP-BNF A330. It has been inactive for some time & no doubt costing the airline money when not in the air.

I belive the airline is not paying for the lease as it's grounded. Serene inducted A330s in 2020 and the terms of the lease were probably agreed based on the covid situation if I am not wrong, would be happy to be corrected.
