I don't think much difference in the the regular A321-CEO and A321-NEO cockpit.

PIA can switch their current pilots to the Neo with minimum training.

As per Airbus webiste, "A321neo shares a common type rating with other members of the Airbus A320 Family, which allows A320 Family pilots to fly the aircraft without additional training".

AirBlue should install IFE in them and use them on international routes.

Air New Zealand, SriLankan Airlines are both using their Neos on medium haul international routes with good on board facilities including IFEs.

Fly to Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok and maybe code share to Australia, and Japan.

I would do a daily flight to Istanbul and connect passengers to THY long haul and European routes.

Airblue is inducting brand new A321 NEO. This is great news and Congratulations to Airblue.

Since PIA is continue doing mediocre performance, it is really nice to notice the see Serene Air, Airblue, and for upcoming Air Sial flourishing. I hope one day Shaheen will revive too.

With in 8 hour flight radius of Pakistan, PIA and private airlines should capture 70% + market share as they have direct flying advantage.
Fortune favours brave.

On September 18, airblue Airbus A321neo (with pre-delivery German registration D-AZAQ) performed taxi check and rejected takeoff test at Hamburg Finkenwerder Airport, Germany.

Aircraft's first flight expected in coming days.
