This is one of the three ultralights assembled from kits in 87 or 88 by PAC Kamra. It was part of an ill conceived plan to market these for recreational private flying. The aircraft never left ground nor did find any customers. One senior PAF pilot tried to fly this but abandoned the flight after taxi declaring it too dangerous due to combination of tail wheel and strange forward wing. The aircraft remained parked in a Kamra hangar for years before display at PAF museum. IIRC the aircrat was named as Q-II.

Yes Quikie II was the name. But it never went quicker than perhaps 30 knots that too on ground.

The chopper is BELL 412. The design is based on the BELL UH-1H but incorporates 4 rotters instead of 2(UH-1H) and has more powerful quieter engines.
