Captains
Interested candidates are required to hold an ATPL from Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority with a total of 5000 flying hours including 1500 hours as P1 on Boeing 737-800 or an equivalent category aircraft. Applicants are required to possess a valid licence and medical certificate.
First Officers
Interested candidates are required to hold a CPL from Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority with a total of 1500 flying hours including 500 hours as P2 on Boeing 737-800 or an equivalent category aircraft. Applicants are required to possess a valid licence and medical certificate.
Interested candidates should mail their CVs with copies of their licences, medical certificate and the last page of their log book at careers@sereneair.com by 2nd June 2016.

The selection criteria for induction is as follows:
* Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 25 years.
* Education: Minimum FSc./FA or equivalent.
* Minimum height: 5'2'
* Weight as per Body Mass Index (BMI) corresponding to relevant height.
* Must be fluent in English and Urdu.
Competitive packages will be offered to successful candidates.
Induction criteria may be relaxed for experienced and qualified crew.
