Our Foreign Minister is on official visit to India. PAF Falcon was with the FM for the visit.

It's a historic aircraft and Pakistani leaders including Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Zia-ul-Haq, Zafarullah Khan Jamali etc. have travelled on it in the past.
