Excellent to see the book getting released, looks like the Author has put alot of effort into it too. A MUST BUY for all not only PIA enthusiasts..
What would be great is if PIA came up with a book to show how the airline has progressed through the ages, with lots of photos and information about the airline and its future plans and development...I think now would be a great time to start, considering PIA has taken delivery of the B772LR and with ATRs and B773ER on the way. Also with lots of future possibilites such as the B747-8

Book-Come Fly with Me
Hullo fellows!
Sorry, I have been out of action for a week or so following a surgical procedure but I am now able to get about.
In Pakistan the book can be delivered by courier for an extra 100 rs i.e. 675 payable by money order. Abbas was the first to use the system and it works.
Outside Pakistan for the USA and Europe it seems that the book will cost about $20 as the post costs more than the book! I still haven't been able to get to Western Union to find out how to receive payment as the city is closed down for the next two days after the terrorist attack. Please bear with me until I can get this worked out and watch this space.
Thank you all for the interest and support for this work--it gives me the incentive to finish the sequel 'Jets' which is three quarters written.
