Interesting, I saw this same tender last year, any reason why they would tender again almost an exact year later? Who are they using today, i know it used to be SITA but they stopped providing this service

Interestingly, our local IT companies can easily make such a software. However the real issue is getting it certified as aviation related software have stringent regulations. Otherwise software itself shouldn't be too hard to develop.

Agree, in fact there are lots of small companies in this domain and with the experience of PIA IT & flight operations, it shouldn not be difficult to make.
