For some reason on June 20, PIA Boeing 777-200ER aircraft registration AP-BMH arrived in Lahore instead of Islamabad as flight PK855 from Xi'an instead of Beijing. Probably ferry flight from Xi'an to Lahore?

On June 18, PIA Boeing 777-200ER aircraft registration AP-BMH arrived in Xi'an as passenger flight PK854 from Islamabad. The aircraft did not fly from Xi'an to Beijing.

On June 12, PIA Boeing 777-300ER aircraft registration AP-BHV performed flight PK855 from Beijing to Lahore without passengers. The aircraft was expected to perform flight PK855 from Beijing to Islamabad with passengers.

The aircraft was sent back to Pakistan without passengers by the Chinese authorities after it arrived in Xi'an from Islamabad as flight PK854 with passengers including six who tested positive for COVID-19 after arriving in China on June 11.
According to PIA spokespersons all passengers who had travelled to Xi'an from Islamabad had a negative PCR report for COVID-19.
