Why not from Quetta? Why 5 out of 8 cities are from Punjab? The Punjabi elite is still not ready to consider areas outside Punjab as part of Pakistan.
Hope the private carriers provide direct hajj flights from Quetta

What is this sh**? Trying to play provincial card where its not needed? Punjab has almost 60% of total population of the country? Do you think just to satisfy your wishes they should ask these Punjabis to travel to KPK or Sindh and fly from there because someone wants so?

Quetta handles Int’l hajj traffic every year but one possible reason for this year was (i think) the runway upgrade. As far as i know main runway is not available for flights. Same is the case in Faisalabad.

Departure of first pre-Hajj flight now expected from Islamabad on June 5/6 night.

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) pre-Hajj flights operation to be conducted from June 6 to July 3.

33,000 intending pilgrims to be transported by 331 PIA flights. PIA will operate pre-Hajj flights to Jeddah and Medina.

PIA post-Hajj flights operation to be conducted from July 14 to August 13.

PIA Hajj Operation 2022

Karachi, 31 May 2022 : With the announcement of Hajj operation commencement by Ministry of Religious Affairs, PIA's Hajj Flights schedule has been finalized. PIA's Pre-Hajj flights will commence from 6 June 2022.

The first Pre- Hajj flight will depart from Islamabad with 329 intending pilgrims for Madinah. PIA will transport nearly 15,000 intending pilgrims of Government Hajj Scheme and 18,000 intending pilgrims of private Hajj scheme.

The Pre- Hajj flights will conclude on 03 July.

PIA will operate Hajj flights from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta and Multan. The airline will operate nearly 331 flights.

Minister for Aviation, Khawaja Saad Rafique has instructed PIA officials to provide best services to the pilgrims. CEO PIA, Air Vice Marshal Amir Hayat will supervise the entire Hajj operations.

PIA 's Post Hajj operation of bringing back Hujjaj from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan will commence from 14 July and conclude on 13 August 2022.

"Makkah Route" facility will be available to Hajj 2022 pilgrims traveling from Islamabad Airport.

Pilgrims' entry to Saudi Arabia process including customs and immigration will be completed at Islamabad Airport.

Serene Air offering 50 kg baggage allowance to Hajj 2022 flight passengers. Maximum two pieces with one piece not exceeding 32 kg weight.

81,132 people from Pakistan will be allowed to perform Hajj this year.

60% i.e. 48,679 people under private scheme.
40% i.e. 32,453 people under government scheme.

Six officially approved labs for PCR Test of Hajj flight passengers:

Islamabad Diagnostic Center (IDC)
Test Zone Diagnostic Centre
Khan Labs & Diagnostics Centre
Realtime PCR Lab
MedAsk Laboratories
Advanced Laboratories (A LAB)

Booths of these labs also established at Haji Camps.

Negative report of PCR Test conducted with 72 hours of flight departure to Saudi Arabia required.

PCR Test charges: PKR 4,250/-

Intending pilgrims should also get vaccinated against Meningitis and Flu for free at Haji Camp and must obtain vaccination certificate.
