There is no PIA Business+ lounge at LHR. They use the Servisair lounge.

What about at ISB can Business + pax use the Rawal lounge, or does the ISB airport have a Business Lounge?

Well according to the official Islamabad Airport ( http://www.islamabadairport.com.pk/ ) they say you have to pay six dollars to use it.
