SA-315B Lama c/n 2699. I have personal memories with this aircraft. I was part of of the acceptance , assembly and ferry team for a batch of 6 helicopters including 2699 in 1993. These were shipped in containers from France, then transported to PAF Faisal on flat beds, where these were assembled and then flown to Qasim Aviation Base. Route OPFS-OPNH-OPRK_OPMT (night stay)-OPSR-OPQS.
This aircraft sadly sustained structural damage due to hard landing and was withdrawn from service. Spend a life time with Alouette and Lama helicopters, a machine par excellence.
