Dry/Wet Lease of 777-200ER/300ER, 747-200/300, A300-600/R

PIA are looking to wet lease 747-200/300, A300-600/R, 767-200ER/300ER or A310-300 for the Hajj Operations.

Also, it wants one more B777 aircraft with GE engines. Models B772ER or B773ER is needed for 24+ months lease and an option to buy !

Are there really any 777s available for lease? from US airlines perhaps? as AI leased ex-UA aircraft.

Also could someone state the difference between a wet lease and a dry lease? Thanx!

Wet lease is when the carrier is not operating with its own crew but the crew of the leasing firm.

Dry lease is when the carrier operates with its own crew.

Jst tried it and both www.piac.com.pk and the tender notice webpages are opening
