As per the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Ministry of Aviation, Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is holding online e-Kachehri.

Director General (DG) Pakistan CAA will be live at 12:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST) on Wednesday - September 6, 2023, on www.facebook.com/PCAA.Official.

Note: Passengers may discuss issues experienced at airports of Pakistan by mentioning name, PNR, flight number, contact number, email and airport along with complaint details in comments box or email Pakistan CAA at pmdu@caapakistan.com.pk during e-Kachehri.

Have these online e-Kacheri's changed anything?? They've conducted so many of these. Same old story of porters misbehaving and overcharging, bags being open / broken when received by the passenger at the belt, dirty toilets, no smoking rooms, poor Internet etc.... Airports like Karachi and Lahore are a mess with not even sufficient immigration counters.
