Have these online e-Kacheri's changed anything?? They've conducted so many of these. Same old story of porters misbehaving and overcharging, bags being open / broken when received by the passenger at the belt, dirty toilets, no smoking rooms, poor Internet etc.... Airports like Karachi and Lahore are a mess with not even sufficient immigration counters.

Thank you for sharing this, Abbas.

I will try to join, but if I cannot, I hope someone can raise the issue of non-availability or abrupt closure of airport taxis (Metro and the other one) at Karachi Airport. When asked for the reason for closure, someone said that the company did not pay their dues to CAA. There is a new company with a few cars; the other option is the Yellow Cab, notorious for its poor service and swindling passengers.
