On May 19, 2020, PIA operated two special flights from Kuwait City to Multan to repatriate Pakistanis who were stranded in Kuwait due to suspension of international flights.

* PK8240 from Kuwait City to Multan performed by PIA Airbus A320 aircraft registration AP-BLD.

* PK8206 from Kuwait City to Multan performed by PIA Airbus A320 aircraft registration AP-BLS.
