Looking at things from an analytical prospective I think the following:

1- Malaysian B-777 will be found and since life is full of new twist and turns the possibility of finding the aircraft at the ground is more likely than finding over sea.

2- If something catastrophic happen over the sea by now someone (fishing trawler or boats, tankers) would have found some pieces of the wreckage

3- The most mind blogging aspect is that after MH370 switched off its on board COMM and NAV systems the Malaysian, Thai and Vietnamese military air defense should have gone hot and scrambled their fighters to search and locate this aircraft

4- To vanish the aircraft without any trace makes a little more sense at last known ALT 35,000 is that at this height the cell/mobile phone reception is more or less zero

5- I would search more over the northern trajectory of this ping from RR engines rather then south over Indian Ocean.

Now this plane search becomes a race against time as Black Box ticks down -Black Box will ping for only a month & Already the black box has lost a third of its battery since the plane vanished.

They at least have to get to the black box in order to understand what went wrong on flight MH370

Yesterday, an airline pilot on a website proposed a very simple solution. I find this possible. There was an electrical fire at or before the last known position and the pilot diverted to the nearest runway acceptable for the aircraft, which is 13000 feet available at Palau Langkawi, just north of Penang. Langkawi are a small group of islands just off the Malaysian western coast. He didn't return to Kuala Lumpur because of high ground (8000 feet) on the way.

All the crap about transponders being shut off and ACARs deliberately made unavailable was due to the chain of tasks required to fight this emergency. Since there is no report or news from there, the crew were incapacitated in the emergency and the aircraft flew on the autopilot till the fuel exhausted. It would be somewhere in the Indian Ocean, west of Malaysia.

If you apply the interpretation based on Muslim tradition, you cannot even enter a house if there is no answer, what to talk of the absence of the male head.

You are not

Moreover whatever 'facts' are known yet, lead to assume that someone on board, well familiar with the aircraft systems played a role in the initial blacking out of communication and then subsequent diversion. This means either a hijacker who coerced the pilots or either or both of the pilot themselves. Hence carrying a background check through personal belongings etc is natural.
One thing more, respect for privacy, human rights etc etc is a novel concept applied only to others. Once it comes to your own backyard, such novelties are seldom a consideration

Do Muslim countries have special consideration for privacy?

The crap is that this proposed aviators 'simple solution' doesn't hold ground.

If the MAS B-777 landed then why didn't the PAX and crew call someone and informed them yes we are safe...

The buzz at Boeing is that for certain that someone turned off ACAR (pulled the circuit breaker) and Transponder.

I still think that the aircraft is on the ground intack with undesirable people in charge of this plan.

The area of concentration for the serach is over the ocean and I'm not sure why?

Again, I think the aircraft was forced to land somewhere over the land....

So they came to this conclusion about the aircraft crashed into the Indian Ocean without any tangible debris?

Strange very strange way of attesting to an airliner crashed with 239 souls on board.

the MH370 story is getting very mysterious with lots and lots of conspiracy theories, no debris found or identified belonging to the ill fated flight, still they declared it went down in Southern Indian ocean :-k

CONFIRMED: DEBRIS IS FROM MH370

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak says a piece of debris that washed up on an Indian Ocean island is indeed part of missing Malaysian Flight 370

But a top French prosecutor was slightly less definite when he stepped up to a podium in his country an hour later

More mystery ....
