According to NOTAM issued by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

Taxiway A will be closed for all traffic from November 27, 2019, to January 31, 2020, in order to reconstruct abandoned/secondary runway of Faisalabad International Airport.

Digging and refilling work has been completed in order to rehabilitate abandoned secondary runway at Faisalabad International Airport.

Slab and asphalt laying work will be in progress. Heavy machinery is deployed for the purpose. Pilots advised to exercise caution during landing/takeoff from Runway 03/21.

From March 13 to March 31, daily dawn to dusk, rehabilitation work will be in progress on western side of runway approximately 1500 feet down the Runway 21 315 feet from runway centre line. Heavy machinery has been deployed. All pilots advised to exercise caution while landing/takeoff/taxiing.
