Apparently they plan to operate flights from London Luton Airport to Lahore. Flight details show 9 hours duration flight number '5W0001' from London to Lahore.

Interestingly '5W' is IATA code for Astraeus Airlines www.flyastraeus.com which is a British airline. According to information on Astraeus Airlines website "As a specialist operator, Astraeus Airlines provides aircraft anywhere in the world with flexible terms to meet short and long term requirements. Astraeus Airlines specialises in providing a lease that meets the strategic needs of the customer and offers a range of Wet (full crew), Damp (pilots' only, local cabin crew) or Dry lease options. Current ACMI customers include bmi, Iceland Express, Trawel Fly, and Tonlé Sap Airlines."

So does it mean Luftline intend to use aircraft chartered/leased from Astraeus Airlines ? Or Luftline website is by mistake showing flight number with Astraeus Airlines IATA code '5W' ?

Astraeus Airlines fleet includes Airbus A320, Boeing 737 (series 300, 500, 700) and Boeing 757-200.
